Nick Paine brings over a decade of experience in the institutional multifamily and workforce housing sectors, having overseen the capitalization and execution of more than $1.2 billion in transactions. He previously served as an Associate Vice President on the investment team at CIM Group ($30B AUM). Prior to CIM, he held investment and development roles at Greystar (the nation’s largest multifamily developer and manager, with $50B AUM and 750,000+ units) and JRK Property Holdings ($15B AUM).
In addition to his transactional track record, Nick has directly managed multifamily portfolios exceeding 1,500 units across diverse U.S. geographies. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA with a focus in finance and real estate from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
