Nick Paine has over 10 years of experience in the institutional multifamily and workforce housing investments industry, capitalizing and executing over $1.2bn of deals during that time. He previously worked as an Associate Vice President on the investment team at CIM Group ($30bn AUM). Prior to that he worked on the investments and development teams at Greystar (America’s largest multifamily developer and manager, $50bn AUM, 750K + units managed), and JRK Property Holdings ($15bn AUM). In addition, he has directly asset managed portfolios of multifamily over 1,500 units in size across varied geographies in the US. Nick received his bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College where he studied economics and holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University where he studied finance and real estate.
